NEW YORK (Reuters) - Drinks group Brown-Forman Corp. BFa.N is expected to announce a deal to buy the business of Tequila Herradura SA, which makes two of Mexico's leading tequila brands, for about $875 million, The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday.
