Satellite company Loral Space & Communications Inc. , in partnership with a Canadian pension fund, is expected to announce a deal to acquire the Telesat satellite unit of BCE Inc. , Canada's biggest telecoms company, the Wall Street Journal reported on its Web site.

Delta to file for $12 bln reorganization: paper 
Delta Air Lines Inc., working to beat back an $8.4 billion merger bid from US Airways Group Inc., is expected as soon as Tuesday to file a sweeping bankruptcy reorganization plan, The Wall Street Journal said on its Web site, citing people familiar with the matter.
